Bitcoin DEX for Perpetual Trading
Trade the price of Bitcoin through the BTC-USD perpetual contract on a hybrid exchange: orders are matched off-chain, settlement happens on-chain on Arbitrum L2, and your margin sits in a personal smart account. EVEDEX does not sell or swap BTC.
How EVEDEX Works as a Hybrid Exchange
Off-Chain Order Book
Bids and asks are matched in an off-chain order book for speed, so placing an order costs no gas. Order types: market, limit, stop-limit, and take-profit/stop-loss.
On-Chain Settlement
Trades settle on-chain on the Arbitrum L2 network, and withdrawals are paid in USDT to the network you choose.
Personal Smart Account
Your margin sits in USDT in a personal smart account—a smart contract on Arbitrum linked to your wallet—rather than a pooled platform hot wallet.
AML-Screened Deposits
There's no traditional KYC, but every deposit passes automated anti-money-laundering screening. Minimum deposit is 6 USDT, minimum order 5 USDT.

Bitcoin Perpetual Contracts
Trade leveraged Bitcoin positions that never expire: up to 200x on BTC-USD for positions up to $50,000. Funding is calculated every 8 hours and charged hourly in eighths.
Common Questions
On a traditional DEX you trade from your own wallet and settlement happens on-chain, while a centralized platform holds your funds in its own wallets. EVEDEX is a hybrid exchange: you deposit USDT into a personal smart account on Arbitrum, orders are matched off-chain, and trades settle on-chain. EVEDEX doesn't hold Bitcoin because it doesn't sell it at all—it lists the BTC-USD perpetual contract instead. None of this removes the liquidation risk that comes with leverage.
Maker orders on EVEDEX pay no more than 0.015% and taker orders no more than 0.045%, and you can get back up to 35% of your trading fees through the cashback program.
Yes. EVEDEX has no traditional KYC: you sign in with a wallet, email, or social account, and deposits pass automated AML screening. Availability still depends on your jurisdiction.
Any wallet supporting WalletConnect or MetaMask works. Popular options include Ledger, Trezor, Rainbow, and Coinbase Wallet. Your private keys never leave your device.
On decentralized exchanges where liquidation happens on-chain, automated bots monitor margin requirements and any of them can trigger a liquidation once a position falls below the maintenance threshold. On EVEDEX, the account runs on cross margin: when equity drops below the maintenance margin, positions are liquidated, and EVEDEX maintains a $500,000 ADL Protection Reserve as of July 18, 2026.
